  Villa SOLAS LUX

  Meet the Solas Lux house!
  The house was built in 2025. It has 3 rooms for 6 people. Every room, including area for children has air conditioning. The house is ready to receive guests. You will have access to around 300 square meters. Other is our stuff for the winter. You can enter the house through garage (which is made for 2 vehicles) or main side entrance. You will be given sensor keys and normal keys.
  
  Swimmingpool is 1.5 meters deep. It's not meant for jumping from the second floor. This is strictly forbidden! It has staircase for kids and elderly.

  What is strictly forbidden?

  Smoking in the house. You can smoke on the balcony. Any type of barbecue due to risk of fire. Do not jump into the pool from second floor due to water being shallow and you may flood the house.
